Pre-Meeting with relevant Senior Manager

  • Agree any special programme focus and any specific participants needs.

Initial One to One Meeting – each participant

  • Highlight any current KPI obstacles, impediments and facilitate workable responses and solutions.
  • Set up a measurable work change trial plan – 4 week period—with a personal success tracking system built in.

Group Competency Building Workshop – (Optional for Groups)

  • Building team skills by removing obstacles and installing further support tools for individual job holders.
  • Case study participation, feedback and agreed follow up action steps.

Follow up one to one meeting – each participant

  • Review of trial plan, lessons acquired. Additional clarification on techniques and carry out a support analysis.
  • Step out a longer term implementation plan
  • Agree a suitable internal Mentor.

Post Meeting with Senior Manager

  • Evaluate results, successes and highlight any additional required organizational support for participants.
