Achievement

We worked with three family partners in the business to update and restructure their sales and customer services areas.

Our Approach

A greater focus on existing and new customer potential, clear role responsibilities for each employee and effective business planning and performance tracking systems for the sales team (2 sales reps and customer tele-service operator).

We also installed a process for carrying out needs based interviews to enable customers to express views on services provided and rating against competitors.This exercise exposed opportunities to increase partnership with key customers and highlighted additional business building opportunities.

Results

Company has expanded to twice it’s original size, including a new “state of the art” retail sales unit.
